WEKU and Red Barn Radio today announced a broadcast partnership that makes WEKU the exclusive home of the Lexington-based music show in Central and Eastern Kentucky.

Beginning July 7, 2019, Red Barn Radio will expand to a two-hour program airing on Saturday from 6-8 p.m. The first hour of the program will be from the Red Barn Radio archives, while the second hour will be the latest recorded weekly show from Lexington. A rebroadcast of the second hour of the program will also be added to the WEKU schedule on Sunday from 8-9 p.m.

But surveys indicate that public opinion across the region varies, with a slight majority saying they’d like the country to stay the course on climate change.
