Rhode Island City May Be Forced To Declare Bankruptcy

In Rhode Island, city of Central Falls has been in receivership for nearly a year. The state has taken over its schools. And while the receiver has raised taxes, the city is running out of cash and is thinking about bankruptcy as a serious option. From member station WRNI, Catherine Welch reports.
