Obama Expected To Tap Dempsey As Joint Chiefs Chairman

President Obama is expected to nominate a new chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Army Gen. Martin Dempsey is expected to be the president's pick. If confirmed by the Senate, he would replace Admiral Mike Mullen.
