New Schedule begins January 2

Dear WEKU listeners,

Over recent weeks, we have made some programming changes to better serve our audience. Based on the feedback you have provided, WEKU is going to return BBC Newshour to 9 a.m. weekdays and Fresh Air to 3 p.m.  We are also reducing schedule repetition on the weekends with the addition of new programs at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Our newest schedule will take effect January 2.  A link to the new schedule is below. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve WEKU’s program schedule and broadcast transmission system with our new transmitter on 88.9FM.  The new 50,000 watt transmitter is expected to be operational in late January.
